Your appointments are very important to Zelca Massage Therapy, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes
schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity  to receive services and therefore a cancellation fee of €30 will apply.

Late arrivals -Late arrivals will result in a shortening of treatment time and will be charged full price.

Important notice for first time Clients –  Please arrive 5 mins early to fill in Consultation Form and to avoid your treatment being shortened.

Please let your therapist know about any health issues as there is a possibility that your therapist may request you to consult your general health practitioner in order to proceed with your treatment for health and safety reasons.
