CANCELATION POLICY:
All bookings are subject to availability. Please note, we may occasionally need to change or cancel appointments.
A 50% payment is required to secure your appointment/booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50%. If you don’t show up for your appointment (“No Shows”), the full amount will be charged. Future bookings will also need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
ARRIVAL TIME:
Please do not arrive earlier than 10min before your treatment time as the space is very limited and we may not be able to accommodate you at this early time.
Please arrive at least 5min before your appointment if you have not filled out the consultation form online. This allows time for any necessary paperwork and ensures you get the full time to relax and enjoy your treatment.
Late arrivals will result in a shortening of the treatment if appropriate or refused due to insufficient length of time left to complete it, and will be charged full price.
GENERAL:
Please let your therapist know about any health issues and medications taken, as there is a possibility that your therapist may request you to consult your general health practitioner in order to proceed with your treatment for health and safety reasons.
